  • How much is shipping to my country?

  • Where do you ship from?
We ship our products from our affiliated warehouses situated in Asia, US and UK. This makes shipping worldwide possible and cheap enough for us to be able to provide affordable pricing on our items, with even FREE shipping for a LIMITED time currently.

 

  • I have changed my mind. How do I cancel/change my order?

Contact us at info@coldlineclothing.com within 1 hour of placing your order if you want to cancel/make changes to your order. We are unable to cancel/make any changes to an order once it has been shipped out.

 

  • How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped out, we will send you an email which will include the tracking information. If you have any difficulties tracking your order, please contact us and we will be able to assist you.

 

  • My order is missing an item, where is the rest of my order?

Orders that consist of more than one item may arrive separately. We have partnered with multiple manufacturers that specialise in different sectors of clothing. Therefore, some items may be shipped from different warehouses which causes them to arrive separately. There is nothing for you to worry about!
