If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order, you can return it to us for a full refund/exchange as long as you notify us about it within 14-days of receiving your order. Make sure to include your order number and reasoning for your return request.

On the rare instance that we may have got your order wrong, or you’ve received a faulty/damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide photo(s) of the affected item(s). We will send you a replacement immediately free of charge. You can contact us at coldlineclothing@hotmail.com and we will aim to respond within 48 hours.
